Global regulatory compliance consultancy Spectrum Gaming Group has announced the appointment of veteran gaming executive Dennis Andreaci (pictured in a file photo) as senior advisor.
Mr Andreaci will assist the group’s clients in areas including “casino development, operational assessments, regulatory compliance, international marketing, and strategic planning for integrated resorts”, the announcement stated.
Mr Andreaci was previously senior vice president for casino operations at Hann Casino Resort in the Philippines, retiring from that role at the end of last year.
The gaming executive has “more than 45 years” of experience in the industry, including “33 years in Asia”, Spectrum Gaming noted in its announcement.
Mr Andreaci has held senior executive positions with Las Vegas Sands Corp. They include the period that the Macau unit opened Sands Macao and The Venetian Macao. He also worked on the planning and development of Las Vegas Sands’ Marina Bay Sands in Singapore.
Mr Andreaci has also served as a senior executive at Galaxy Entertainment Group Ltd’s Cotai resort Galaxy Macau; and at Bloomberry Resorts Corp’s Solaire Resort & Casino in Manila, the capital of the Philippines.
“Dennis is one of the most accomplished casino development and operations executives in Asia, and his experience will significantly strengthen Spectrum Gaming’s ability to support clients across global markets,” said Fredric Gushin, Spectrum Gaming’s president and chief executive, in prepared remarks included in the announcement.
The statement also cited Spectrum Gaming’s managing director of Asian operations, Paul Bromberg as saying: “The depth of operational knowledge and regional insight that Dennis brings will immediately strengthen our advisory capabilities across Asia.”
Juliann Barreto, Spectrum Gaming’s chief operating officer, was quoted saying: “Dennis brings a rare combination of strategic insight, operational depth, and hands‑on experience in some of the most competitive gaming jurisdictions in the world.
“We are thrilled to welcome him to our advisory team as we continue to expand our work throughout Asia and beyond.”
