A group of properties north of the Strip, including Aztec Inn Casino, asks $60m, or $30m in two separate transactions.
“There’s zoning and everything going on around the north end of the Strip right now. Hence it’s an easy way to purchase an 8-acre piece of property,” said Tom Watkins, regional director of investment at Centennial Advisers.
Aside from the Aztec Inn Casino, located on the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard, the portfolio includes several vacant lots. It also includes a retail space occupied by Golden Skull Tattoo and Diversity Tattoo.
