Missouri River Historical Development invites tax-exempt organizations and local governments in Woodbury County to apply for grants ranging from $250,000 to $1 million.
According to MRHD, the new matching grant program supports economic development projects. It requires “higher funding levels and collaboration with other matching donors to come together around a signature project.”
Stacy Harmelink, President of MRHD, said, “The lockdown closed down the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City. It also limited commercial activity throughout Siouxland. After that, we are now glad to serve our community.”
