Three companies are will build a US$54m casinos with 600 to 900 slots in Argentina’s eastern province of Mendoza.
Desarrollos Maip, owner of the Arena casino, Traylon, which operates in San Martn, Rivadava, Malargüe, and General Alvear, as well as Fuente Mayor, which owns the casino in the Tunuyán hotel, are all still in the running. A decision will come out within the next few weeks.
The construction of the new casino will result in the closure of slot halls in San Martn and Rivadavia. Hence, this leaves only one gaming floor in the eastern province.
