As safer gaming measures, Sweden recommends B2B licenses and additional ad limits.

Swedish Gambling Inspectorate

A number of new safer gambling suggestions have been offered by Sweden’s Ministry of Finance, including the introduction of a gaming software license for gaming providers.
Minister Ardalan Shekarabi presented the recommendations at a press conference on Wednesday. They are scheduled to take effect on January 1, 2023.
A gaming software license would be required for vendors who provide services to operators in Sweden under the new laws. According to the Ministry, this would aid in the elimination of unlicensed gambling in the country.
Other recommendations include prohibiting the advertising of unlawful gambling and expanding a prohibition on unlicensed gaming already in place.
