Aspire Global reported revenue of €48.1m in the first quarter of 2021, up 43% from the same period last year.
EBITDA increased by 64% to €8.2m, while earnings after taxes increased by 140 percent to €6.1m. The EBITDA margin increased from 15.5% in the first quarter of 2020 to 17.8% in the first quarter of 2021. Earnings per share increased 160% to €0.13.
According to the company, the increase in revenue was attributed to strong growth across all segments and the acquisition of BtoBet in September 2020. Meanwhile, the company’s US presence was boosted by agreements with Rush Street Interactive in New Jersey and GAN.
