Casinos Austria has named a new leader for its domestic casinos, Thomas Lichtblau, taking over on September 13. He was previously the Managing Director of the drugstore chain BIPA. He succeeds Christian Lang, the previous division manager, who is leaving the company at his own request.
“We are glad to have gained such an experienced manager for this important business area in Thomas Lichtblau,” said General Director Bettina Glatz-Kremser. This ensures that the chosen strategy for strategic repositioning and further development of the domestic casino business will be carried out successfully. He will make a significant contribution due to his years of international management experience.
Mr. Lichtblau continued, “The casino industry, like many other industries, is undergoing major change. To be able to shape this for a company as steeped in tradition as Casinos Austria is a unique opportunity.”
