Bally’s Corporation announced on Friday that it had completed its acquisition of Caesars Entertainment’s Tropicana Evansville casino operations.
“The Tropicana Evansville acquisition closing marks yet another significant achievement in what has already been a truly remarkable year for Bally’s,” said Bally’s President and CEO George Papanier. As we continue to implement our growth, we are glad to welcome the Tropicana Evansville to the Bally’s family.”
Bally’s has made several deals this year. It includes deals with an Atlantic City FanDuel sportsbook, the NBA, and the NHL. It also became the authorized gaming operator of Major League Baseball.

Next to the casino, there is 11,000 sq. feet of convention space and the Riverfront Event Center. There is also a 243-room hotel tower as well as a 95-room boutique hotel.
