Bally’s entry into the lucrative New York gaming market would boost the company’s national presence to 16 states, including AZ, CO, DE, IL, IA, IN, KS, LA, MO, MS, NJ, NY, NV, PA, RI, and VA, after all pending purchases are completed. Legalization and regulatory approvals by regulatory authorities in each jurisdiction are essential for market access and licensure.
