BetMakers acquires Form Cruncher and Swopstakes assets in Australia

BetMakers DNA, a subsidiary of BetMakers, has entered into agreements to acquire Form Cruncher’s technology platform assets, databases, and intellectual property. It also acquired its technology and intellectual property associated with Swopstakes’ betting product.

The new assets will be integrated into the BetMakers network. It will create wagering products and content monetized via the company’s suite of customers. It will include racing bodies, race tracks, retail, and digital wagering operators.

BetMakers will pay an initial cash payment of AUD$1 million for Form Crunchers’ assets. It will also pay a potential performance payment of up to AUD$1 million. But it is only if it meets certain performance milestones during the fiscal year ending 30 June 2023.

Mr Todd Buckingham, CEO of BetMakers, stated, “The acquisition of Form Cruncher’s racing data assets and form processing database is a valuable addition to our core business. It will allow us to grow our overall product offering across a global footprint.”
