Rainer Schepull has assumed leadership of the Spielbank SH GmbH group of firms in Kiel, which includes the state-licensed Schleswig-Holstein CASINOS in Schenefeld, Lübeck, Kiel, and Flensburg, as well as the management firm.
The 51-year-old Düsseldorfer has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and has worked in the financial services and gambling industries as a manager. He has been an authorized signatory for the themes of strategy, governance, and organization at Westdeutsche Spielbanken GmbH since 2014, in particular for the administration and control of large strategic projects.
“I am very much looking forward to the upcoming tasks in the northernmost federal state. My goal is to continue the success story of CASINOS Schleswig-Holstein with a strategic further development. Of course, this includes the continued market-oriented orientation of the company in accordance with the latest legal framework conditions offered by the State Treaty on Gambling, which has been in force since July 2021,” says Rainer Schepull. “In addition to the economic success, the topic of sustainability is also on my agenda as well as the strengthening of the social commitment of casinos at the individual locations.”
