Nueva Codere, formerly known as Grupo Codere, has appointed an eight-member board of directors to help the company return to pre-pandemic levels and re-establish its growth trajectory.
The firm has named three Class A and four Class B directors to complete the eight-member board, with Christopher Bell taking on the post of non-executive Chair as an independent director.
Vicente Di Loreto, one of the three Class A directors, continues to serve as Corporate Director, a post he has held since January 2018.
Aidan de Brunner, an independent director, and Antonio Moya-Angeler, a Qualifying Shareholder Director, fill the remaining two Class A posts.
