Parimatch has made a new advisory team. The Regulatory Board would help the operator in the competing world of online gaming and sports betting.
The Board will also determine the decisions such as the company’s potential Initial Public Offering. It will also handle the process of expansion. It will exist as a separate body and will not interfere with the company’s daily activities.
The advisory team includes Katerina Belorusskaya. She is a major partner who has been with the company since 2011. Other members are Marek Šmrha, a non-executive expert of the Board.
Sergey Portnov will surrender his role as CEO. He will serve as chair of the Board. Sergey thinks these changes will provide the strength and guidance needed to grow.
He said. “Amends in the company’s structure and establishing a board is a signal of the company’s wisdom. Now is the rightest time for such developments. I am sure that this will increase the brand’s strategy. It will provide the large thrust to Parimatch to move along the route faster.”
Maksym Liashko and Roman Syrotian, besides receiving roles on the Supervisory Board, will become co-CEOs. They will share operating activities with them.
An additional non-executive role on the board is currently unemployed. Parimatch hoped to fill this role soon. The hunt is underway to find a candidate with ‘passion, spirit, and vision. That meets those currently on the board.
“For Roman and me, a dual CEO structure is a sensible move. We will merge the company’s growth directions,” commented Maksym Liashko.
“We understand our areas well and will do all the best efforts to execute the company’s plans. The company will soon join the next degree of development.”
Roman Syrotian added: “The company me and Maksym the responsibility of management as co-CEO. It is a pride for me. Parimatch is already in the magnificent form today. It has aspirations of reaching top positions in the markets all over the globe.
