DraftKings has bought the Blue-ribbon Software. Last week the company also purchased the Vegas Sports Information Network. Vegas sports is a content firm.
The decision will enhance the customer experience. It will use the blue ribbon’s jackpot functionality. These include promotions and rewards. DraftKings will offer this service across various product offerings.
Paul Liberman, DraftKings’ co-owner was optimistic about the purchase. He said that Blue ribbon technology will enable DraftKings to create incentives. Our users will engage more with our products.
He further added that the BlueRibbon team bought technical expertise with them. Their expertise will benefit DraftKings. This technology will further highlight our product offerings. It will also engage customers in fresh ways. DraftKings will incorporate BlueRibbon leadership and current employees. They will be part of DraftKings. New hiring will also take place.
Amir Askarov, CEO of BlueRibbon, also made a statement about the purchase. He said, ” We developed BlueRibbon to give companies the ability to stand out themselves. The sports betting and gaming industry is a competitive market. With unique and innovative marketing platform we are helping companies to grow”.
He further added. “Joining DraftKings will allow us to build our platform. It will enhance the player’s experience. And will enhance our Tel Aviv-based team.”
DraftKings last week praised its VSiN purchase. It will enable to build of its content capabilities. The purchase will increase the firm’s audience. It will help in the expansion of legal US sports betting.
VSiN operates in Las Vegas. It produces and distributes up to 18+ hours of live sports betting each day. Besides its 24/7 stream, the broadcaster’s original content is accessible through multiple video and audio channels. Some of them include Comcast Xfinity, Sling TV, fuboTV, Rogers’ Sportsnet, and MSG Networks.
