Dutch regulator opens up new investigation into illegal websites

The Dutch Gaming Authority (KSA)

The Dutch Gaming Authority (KSA) has announced that it will begin a new round of action against illegal websites.

The KSA will target websites or affiliates that promote illegal online games of chance as part of its latest investigation.

Following the launch of the legal online gambling market opening in October, the KSA says it is alert to illegal providers and advertisers “who want to make a quick move.”

Also, the gaming authority says it investigates affiliate marketing for online gambling regularly. And it keeps an eye out for those who promote games of chance on websites.

Previously, observations and external reports led to the discovery of 44 websites. The KSA immediately sanctioned all of them.
