Entain makes £100,000 donation to India pandemic relief

Entain

As COVID-19 cases in India continue to rise due to a new strain of the virus, Entain has committed £100,000 to help with relief efforts.

The money will help with medical supplies, such as the essential antiviral drugs Remdesivir, Tocilizumab, and Dexamethasone. Also, it will help to buy 25 much-needed Invacare Platinum Oxygen concentrators.

India’s medical infrastructure have become increasingly strained as a result of rising hospitalizations. Therefore, the availability of oxygen concentrators and medication will allow more patients to be treated at home.

Entain employs over 2,500 Indians via its IvyTech subsidiary in the city of Hyderabad.
