Entain, a global sports betting and gaming entertainment company, has launched a digitization initiative in its retail business, converting a core of stores in key locations across the UK and Europe into modern digital spaces to improve customers’ omnichannel experience.
In the beginning, the retail makeover will be limited to Entain stores in the UK and Italy, including Ladbrokes, Coral, and Eurobet.
Entain has successfully trialed new, more contemporary store designs and formats that are more closely aligned with customers’ online experience in both countries…
“With this investment, we will be able to provide our customers with a more immersive and integrated online omnichannel experience,” said Rob Wood, Entain’s CFO and deputy chief executive.
