EveryMatrix, an iGaming service, has just inked a patent license agreement with IGT, the owner of North America’s largest slot game feature patent portfolio.
This arrangement will enable EveryMatrix to provide slots across North America that use patented game features from IGT’s portfolio as well as others from IGT’s game features patent licensing program, broadening EveryMatrix’s reach and boosting its position in the United States and abroad.
Erik Nyman, President EveryMatrix Americas, commented: “Signing a patent license agreement with IGT was an important milestone in our US expansion. Through this agreement, EveryMatrix will have access to IGT’s game feature patents, allowing us to distribute our gaming content to partners across North America.”
Stephen Calogero, VP and Deputy General Counsel, Global Gaming and Intellectual Property at IGT, said: “We are pleased to add EveryMatrix as a member of the game features licensing program which has fostered unprecedented innovation for game mechanics across the industry.”
