The Galaxy Entertainment Group announced several practical initiatives supporting the Macau SAR Government’s call for more residents to get the Covid-19 vaccination.
On the 1st and 2nd of June, GEG will hold two Covid-19 Vaccine Information Seminars for its team members. Later this month, GEG will invite the Health Bureau to set up a Covid-19 Vaccination Point on the company’s premises. It will allow team members to receive their vaccination more conveniently. The venue, which can accommodate 1,500 to 1,800 team members, will open from June 10 to 12.
GEG is the latest company in Macau to join the drive to help increase vaccination rates among employees. Also, Melco Resorts & Entertainment and MGM China both launched similar campaigns just last week.
Moreover, GEG has been closely working with the relevant departments and supporting the related pandemic prevention and control measures laid out by the Macau SAR Government to protect the health and safety of its team members, according to a statement from GEG.
“Macau’s anti-pandemic efforts were not easy. GEG will continue to support the Macau SAR Government’s related guidelines and policies. Also, It would like to take this opportunity to encourage team members to show our best in controlling the pandemic.”
