Greece: The Hellenic Gaming Commission (HGC) granted Playson a Manufacturer’s Suitability Licence to supply its content to the newly-regulated Greek market.
Following a rigorous application process, Playson’s titles have been accredited in the Greek market. It paves the way for the supplier to sign additional agreements with key operators in one of Europe’s fastest-growing regions.
According to the news, a wide range of popular Playson hits, including Solar Queen, Wolf Power: Hold and Win, and Legend of Cleopatra Megaways, have been licensed for the territory of Greece.
Following on from its recent ISO 27001 information security certification, Playson’s latest license highlights the games studio’s impressive compliance credentials.
“We are glad to receive a license that ensures the continuation and expansion of our hit games within the newly regulated territory of Greece, a fast-growing market at the heart of a critical region for Playson,” said Andrei Andronic, General Counsel at Playson. We also have a strong interest in regulated markets and are excited to add a new license to our portfolio. This latest development demonstrates our commitment to providing our partners with the best and safest games possible.”
