Macau’s Waldo Hotel

A Hong Kong-listed company has announced an agreement to manage non-gaming services at Macau’s Waldo Hotel. It is a casino hotel that operates gaming under Galaxy Entertainment Group Ltd’s license.

Ying Hai Group Holdings Co Ltd stated that its management agreement for “commercial space, business, tangible and intangible property in Waldo Hotel,” including hotel rooms but “except casino,” began on Thursday (June 17). It would last until June 26, 2024.

Waldorf Realty Co Ltd, based in Macau, owns the Waldo Hotel.

According to the handout from Friday, the Waldo Hotel has 160 rooms and suites. The hotel first opened its doors in 2004.

According to the company, it is “a wholesale licensed travel agent focused on the provision of business-to-business domestic travel services. It also works as a car rental service provider based in Macau.”

Ying Hai debuted on the Hong Kong Exchange’s GEM exchange in September 2019, formerly known as the Growth Enterprise Market. The company stated that Waldo Hotel was “one of the suppliers of hotel rooms to the group in its sale and distribution of hotel rooms.”
