The Eredivisie, the top division of Dutch football, has signed Holland Casino as a sponsor. The brand will become a sponsor on October 1st, when the Dutch government’s online gambling legislation changes.
Over the course of a four-year contract, Holland Casino will be a ‘Responsible Gambling Partner.’
From 2002 to 2005, the company held the title sponsorship rights to the Eredivisie.
The deal also includes the Eerste Divisie, the second tier of Dutch football, and ESPN. ESPN’s broadcasts of the two leagues will give Holland Casino exposure, and the broadcaster will also collaborate with the brand to create new content related to the sponsorship.
