Kansspelautoriteit (KSA), the Netherlands’ gaming regulator, has launched a consultation on its policy rules governing license holders’ obligation to provide information.
They published the policy rules in advance of the launch of the Netherlands online gaming market in October. It was in an effort to provide clarity to prospective license holders.
License holders must notify the KSA board of directors of any relevant changes in behavior or events.
Operators have until August 13 to submit any questions they have about the policy rules.
Changes deemed relevant include any changes to primary license holders as well as any legal issues. Any changes to the payment method used by the player and the operator must also be reported.
