International Game Technology has successfully acquired iSoftBet, a well-known igaming content supplier and third-party game aggregator, for about €160 million in cash, as previously stated.
Approximately 225 proprietary games are added to the IGT PlayDigital content library as a result of the acquisition, which also adds a top-tier, exclusive game aggregation platform for the distribution of third-party games and the industry’s most advanced data-driven marketing and user engagement tools.
As IGT’s principal financial advisor, Oakvale Capital LLP was involved. IGT received legal advice from Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, and tax and financial due diligence advice from KPMG LLP.
The law firms M. Firon & Co. and Wiggin LLP advised iSoftBet. The independent registered public accounting and tax firm for iSoftBet was BDO Israel.
