The UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) has announced that Rank Digital Gaming and Annexio Limited have reached an agreement to pay a £1.3 million regulatory settlement.
The settlements are the outcome of separate Commission investigations that revealed social responsibility failings across all of the operators’ domains.
The operator of grosvenorcasino.com, meccabingo.com, meccagames.com, and bellacasino.com, Rank Digital, has agreed to a £700,557 regulatory settlement for social reasonability issues.
According to the Commission’s investigation, Rank Digital had significant failures in its duties connected to client interaction, identification, and self-exclusion from October 2019 to February 2021. LCCP guidelines require operators to treat the identified challenges as their own policies and procedures in order to discover and implement changes in customer account management.
