Three abandoned Station Casinos properties will be razed and the site will be sold in the Las Vegas area.

Las Vegas:

Texas Station, Fiesta Rancho, and Fiesta Henderson are three Station Casinos locations that will be permanently shuttered, demolished, and the property beneath them sold to a new developer, the firm announced on Friday.

The three land sales encompass a combined 107.5 acres. Any of the properties would not likely be used to construct casinos.

Representatives of parent business Red Rock Resorts claimed that keeping the three facilities closed after the COVID-19 epidemic started in March 2020 would have been financially unwise.

The majority of the clientele from the shuttered casinos, according to the firm, has subsequently moved to other Station locations. Customers who formerly frequented Texas Station and Fiesta Rancho, which are located at Lake Mead Boulevard and Rancho Drive in North Las Vegas, have relocated to Santa Fe Station to the northwest and to a Wildfire casino operation nearby, while those who formerly frequented Fiesta Henderson have done so at Sunset Station and Green Valley Ranch, both in Henderson.
