According to a law firm, legal action could be launched against online casino Sky Vegas after advertising letters were sent to recuperating gamblers.

Sky Vegas issued an apology last week after promotional emails were sent to people who had opted out of receiving betting correspondence by accident.

PGMBM, a law company, said it is considering legal action on behalf of up to 120,000 clients who are alleged to have received promotional emails offering “free online spins” while requesting not to receive betting communications.

The firm, which specializes in data breaches, asked anyone who had been affected to contact them via the website www.skybetclaimlawyers.com.
