Parimatch Tech has signed M&A agreements with mr.fish, a performance marketing holding company, and PokerMatch, Ukraine’s largest online poker room.

The addition of PokerMatch to Parimatch Tech’s product portfolio will increase the entertainment offering for end customers. The corporation is a sponsor of the Ukrainian national sports poker team and a partner of the All-Ukrainian Sports Poker Federation.

The acquisition of mr.fish adds to Parimatch Tech’s MarTech capabilities. Affiliate marketing, SEO, media buying, retention, reactivation, PR strategy, creative, design, and influence marketing are just a few of the digital services offered by the holding, which is one of Eastern Europe’s leaders.
Digital Chain, an international marketing agency with experience in iGaming, gambling, and sports betting; Vadideo, an international CPM advertising network; Papa Karlo, an international CPA network with expertise in affiliate marketing; NetCraft.Global, an international marketing agency that provides craft SEO solutions for complex businesses; and Copylancer, one of the largest freelance copywriting websites in Europe, are among the company’s business units.
The two new assets will be integrated into Parimatch Tech’s marketing and business strategy of entering the new global markets with the Parimatch brand.
