Asian Coast Development has changed the name of its Grand Ho Tram resort to Intercontinental Grand Ho Tram. It is located in Vietnam’s entertainment capital, The Grand Ho Tram Strip, just two hours from Ho Chi Minh City,
A franchise agreement with IHG Hotels and Resorts added a 502-room Holiday Inn to the overall resort. This resulted in the rebranding.
“The idea is for us to position ourselves as a leading entertainment complex destination in the south and eventually in the region,” said Akshay Moza, VP of the commercial division.
